Our Awards for Excellence program highlights new and innovative developments from across Georgia that represent advancements in real estate development throughout the full development process—concept, design, financing, construction, marketing, management and positive community impact.
The bi-annual ceremony is attended by roughly 500 real estate industry leaders and innovators. This year, we will gather at The Foundry at Puritan Mill for a networking cocktail reception, followed by a dinner and presentation of our Awards. In addition to honoring a variety of developments, the program celebrates outstanding people in our field with an Industry Impact Award as well as a Community Impact Award.
A jury representing various expertise, perspectives, and skill sets across the built environment has evaluated nominated projects based on market acceptance, execution, and leadership, as well as how it has impacted the broader community. Winning projects embody ULI’s global mission to channel resources into accelerating decarbonization and net zero adoption, increasing housing attainability, and educating the next generation of diverse leaders.
